I build experiences that work in two directions.

Outwardto create pipeline, deepen partner relationships, and show customers what's possible.

Inwardto align executives, energize field teams, and make strategy tangible.

What follows is the proof.

How I think

01

Clarity before speed

Most organizations skip straight to solutions. They buy technology, hire consultants, launch initiatives — all before anyone has clearly articulated what problem they're actually solving. I have spent my career asking one question before anything else moves: can everyone in the room describe the problem in the same words? If they can't, nothing else matters yet. The fastest path to the right solution runs directly through a shared definition of the problem.

02

Experience is the architecture

I have never built a process deck that changed how an organization actually operates. What changes behavior is experience — the way a partner engagement feels when it's working, the way a platform makes the next step obvious, the way a team interaction leaves everyone knowing exactly what happens next. I design to enable the experience. When the experience is right nobody asks for the manual.

03

The bridge is the job

Technical teams and business teams speak different languages and usually blame each other for the gap. I have spent twenty-five years standing in that gap — translating strategy into architecture and architecture into outcomes. The bridge isn't a deliverable. It's the whole job.

Lab

CorpSpeak

A translator for the language corporations invented to avoid saying things directly.

Geomtone

Math (maths, if you're on the other side of the pond), sound, and a canvas — still figuring out what it wants to be.

Craft

A system to capture problems, define goals, and build a roadmap through initiatives. A philosophy made operational — because the best ideas shouldn't live in decks.
